Plants growing new shoots during mid flowering

Hello all

i am having a few problems and having these big new shoots covered in white pistils happening during the 5-7 weeks of flowering

some of the plant unfortunatley got pollinated and i am noticing these new growths on buds that shouldnt be happening

temps are 82*
48% humidity
12/12 lights

i never had this problem before but 1 plant out of last batch had this happen

now this is happening to 2 more plants right now
there are also single leaf sets coming out of the new growth and i dont know what to do and if its healthy or if i should snip off the growth

pictures to come tonight but just wondering if anyone knows what im talking about

thanks... these shoots come right from the top of the bud or from the sides and look like little 3-4" fingers
