Plants look good but im not sure when to transplant

Hi, I have five seedlings growing in a window box about 2' x 8" two inches under a 40w flouro, they look healthy, i thought the stems were a little weak so i raised the dirt a half inch, but i am not really sure when to transplant them. They have just sprouted their third set of leaves counting the first two oval ones. This is my first grow so if you have ANY advice whatsoever, please let me know Thank You

first thing dont plant more than one seed in the same container... I always use 16oz beer cups which makes for easy transplanting.

usually I wait until I can see a nice amount of roots in the cup and the transplant from that into the finishing size pot...

i kinda figured planting them in seperate pots would be better, but as for now is it to early to plant them in their final pots
