plants lookin crappy

The left looks small and kinda wilted compared to the right one its been like this for like a week already and the bottom leaves on the left one are a lil yellow any ideas would be great

Welcome to the forum. I hate to ask dumb questions, do you have drain holes in the bottom of those cups?? It sounds like you are overwater. This is the number one problem for new growers I know it was for me. We don't want let our little babies dry out. Stop watering them for a day or two. Get to know when they are getting dry by the weight of the cup, until you can get a moisture meter (under $15.00) Let them get to where they are almost drooping, then give them a little water, no nutes until they get back on there feet, uhh .. soo to speak. Get your light closer if you can do so without burning them. VV
