Plants Not Growing UP.

looking For some advice really.. My plants are 4 weeks old today from germination but don't seems to be getting tall at all they are staying short and bushy. Each plant is on its 7th node and about 8" tall but all the branches have caught up with the top of the plant now, so looks like I have 12 tops on each plant lol looks cool. but I want them to about 16" before I flower so want them to speed up.

That is how you want them to grow but if for some reason you would want them to stretch raise your light I would just let them veg longer the way you are growing them that is the best way but they will also grow up when you flower them
