Plants not growing

Hello fellow growers thank you for reading and hopefully someone can help me out.
So about 3 or 4 days ago I planted my one month old baby's in the ground well 3 in the ground and 4 in buckets. Now I know they are a little small for 1 month old plants I started them in my room n Wasn't able to plant them till 4 days ago because it was cold (Ontario weather always snows in May) but one of my worries is that I had my baby's in too small of a container and now there roots are balled it's been 4 days n they still look the same as when I planted them. This is only my second year growing so I'm kinda new to this and I don't know the strain or sex of the plants as they are bag seeds from weed I've smoked over the winter. A question I have is if my baby's are just in shock how long will they be this way and also is it a possibility that they are stuck in this size cuz they are root bound ? Or are they just simply getting use to there new home ? Any body have any clue ?
I grow in a mountain area where the ground temp doesn't get to a good range until late may. This just slows down the growth rate but they'll be fine.

that's awesome, i hope i get to see them before my end date comes...

i'm in Appalachia, it's beautiful! nowhere near as tall though, our tallest point is just over 6000f.... lots of history though...! :D
I think all mountains are awesome and the people that live on them:bigjoint:. Especially because we grow the best pot:weed:
