Plants rotting at base and falling over?????

Hello all, I am having trouble with my plants with what looks like rotting at the base and falling over. It is also only the autoflowers from marijuana.nl that are giving me the trouble. I have cloned plants in the same system side by side and not showing any problems. I have grown on and off for 10 years in soil and now I have my card and a caregiver card so im back at it. I am running an aero setup that is really some kind of hydro. Its home made out of fence post and pcv and sprayers, it also has a 8 gal res on the system. I am using BC brand ferts and dose for 4 gal as I dont have my blue lab probe yet. They have a 1000 MH over them. My PH doesn’t get much over 6.0.... I have to get my grow journal up because I need help applying all this theory into practice.

there damping off, too wet, you can get drops to mix to help stop this. Google damping off
