plants stopped growing

what do i do if my plants stopped growing. No new roots nor new growth at the top. ANY IDEAS? some have not even popped out the rockwool that is surrounded hydroton. by the way this is dwc and the water level is about an inch below the pot once tranplanted from clones...helppP!!!

wow ok.........
well he had a point...just nobody cares to elaborate on it *ahem*...so...we need pictures for one...your roots need some moisture to continue to grow...so if your DWC isn't hitting the root system yeah its gonna stop growing and die unless you either bring the level up to hit them or put in a drip...a dry hydro system = dead hydro system ;)

My best suggestion is old fashioned dirt. lol

I don't know much about all that fancy hydro-ponics thats fancy city talk.
