Plants stunted in flowering?

Hello, I recently moved to a Medical Cannabis state and am trying to grow my own medicine. I popped a bunch of seeds and now have several mother plants to clone from. Here is some info on my setup.

Green house seeds White Widow
Lighthouse Hydro BlackStar V2.0 Flowering LED Grow Light
8 x 18w CFL

Reserva Privada OG #18
VIPARSPECTRA Reflector-Series 900W LED

Grow medium: DNA Coco with Cork
Nutrients: Full line of Advanced Nutrients
Temps: 82F-88F
Humidity: 40%-60%

For this grow I have four each of White Widow and OG #18. The widow is under the Lighthouse LED with supplemental CFLs and the OG18 under the ViparSpectra LED. Each received two weeks of veg time from showing roots. I'm hand feeding them about every one to two days. For the first two weeks of veg I was feeding them about .5 liters to .75 liters per plant. Right now they are at day 15 from flipping to 12/12 light cycle. Since the flip I moved them into 3.5 gallon buckets and increased the feeding them 1 liter each. Initially I had the lights about 18” from the canopy, but I moved them farther so they could stretch into nets.

I see a lot of other people at day 15 of flower with much more developed buds than at the stage I am at now. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I know the temperatures could be lower but at the moment that can't be fixed. I'm trying to get an ideal VPD using humidifiers but since it's so hot where I am I can't keep it cool enough before my exhaust turns on to keep the heat down. I've been using the recommended nutrients as per Advanced Nutrients. Should I increase the amount of nutrients by 20%? Maybe I should increase feeding or plain watering? Any tips, insight, or feedback is greatly appreciated.

Keep your LEDs at 15-18" from canopy ....
Drop CFL " down into " shadow areas ....

( MORE LIGHT = MORE BUDS )

make sure your timers are set correctly and that you have no like leaks, if it doesnt happen in next 2-3 days id be worried.

You should see at least an abundance of white pistils

Looks good dude. I really don't see an issue with no show at day 15 of flowering... Sometimes plants take a little longer--the move may have a little to do with the slow growth as well. 2 weeks down, you still have a good 7.5-8.5 wks.... Plenty of time for her to catch up. I wouldn't worry about it...seems like your pretty on top of all your environmentals...don't get crazy with the babysitting though... I think it looks great! Sorry if I wasn't much help....Good luck!

After reading your description ....
Are those AUTOS or Regular seeds ?
Plus 2 week veg is kinda short .... Part of the reason for slower growth. You switched to 12/12 when they were just becoming adjusted to their initial light schedule.

You could have vegged up to week 4-5 at least allowing more branching and structure.
By then you would have had taller and wider plants. Now your plants have to READJUST to your " forced " 12/12 time. It will take a bit for them to do a turnaround and stick with that. DO NOT GIVE BLOOM NUTES UNTIL OFFICIALLY FLOWERING .... I believe she will still grow some more before actually preflowering.

Just keep giving her VEG nutes .... Slowly dropping to half strength ( of your ratio ) when she begins sexing ( hairs ) .... Keep veg feed ( feed water water feed ) schedule until baby buds start forming then transition into bloom feed .... If you start dropping large increases in feed because you think they will magically grow bigger is false. They need to settle into this new time frame and you will just have to be patient.

Thanks for your interests and replies people. Most people are saying I'm doing fine and just to be patient...

I had waited for the clones to root before putting them in coco, maybe about 1-2 weeks. This plus 2 weeks veg I thought would be enough. The seeds I had were regular feminized seeds, not autos.

I'll post some pics later as time progresses.
