Plants two months old and have stopped growing

Hey got some girls they are just coming up two months old (only a couple days) and they haven't really grown they have all dropped the little baby seedling leafs but they are only small maybe 2-5inch tall, i made another thread and I got told I was over watering (watering everyday) so does overwatering slow down the growth? And will they be fine because I can't get more and don't want to have to kill them :'( i put just regular soil with perlite in the ground before the girls were in 5-10L pots (I know too big)
