Please end my confusion!!!!

OK I need to know...bottom line...do these fans work by themselves to pull air or not because I keep hearing they do and then they dont. This person loves it and then these guys hate it...please help...

yes that can cool a growroom or cool a cooltube.TO answer your question yes it can work to keep your temps down in your growroom.I got the same 1.! for my cooltube and one for exhaust

can it pull air through a carbon filter?

by itself yes.It can pull thru a carbonfilter but dont try to use the same fan to cool your light.That fan is strong enough to push thru the filter tho.
