Please Help cant figure out whats wrong

Magnesium - Mg-deficiency is pretty common since marijuana uses lots of it and many fertilizers don't have enough of it. Mg-deficiency is easily fixed with ¼ teaspoon/gallon of Epsom salts (first powdered and dissolved in some hot water) or foilar feed at ½ teaspoon/quart. Make sure ph is in the sweet spot to high will lock your roots up and your plant will not get the micro and macro nutes that it needs.

Not for sure but I'd get some CalMag though. I couldn't imagine growing without it. My plants looked like your second pic on one of my first few grows. Calmag fixed it right up.

Ok I'll try the epsom salts and see what happens my ph level is testing right at 6.9 I figured that was good

Plant ph should be between 5.5 and 6.5... for roots to uptake nutrients. Unstable ph levels can cause nutrient lock...
