Please Help first DWC adventure

Hi quick question... in reference to seedlings how high on the net pot do I want my water to go? thank you!

If there are roots coming out of the bottom of the netcup dandling into the water, 1 to 2 inches below the netcup is fine. If there are no roots at the bottom of the netcup you need to get that water level right upto the bottom of the netcup, 1cm or 2 above the bottom of the netcup wont hurt, get them bubbles penetratin!
