I don't have anyone that I can both trust knowing about my grow, and willing to help me with the little details I haven't learned yet. Here is what I have currently set up, then I'll tell you about the problems I'm having next.

  • 4 quantam 1000w ballasts inside of a/c hoods
  • active carbon filter at the end of all the a/c hoods
  • all of them piped together with 6" ThermoFlo tubing with (2) inline jetfans pumping the air up and out of an old chimney
  • I have the ebb & gro system with 40 total pots connected
  • for the medium, I have about 3-4 inches of hydroton at the bottom, with a layers of canna coco and layers of perlite (i'm retarded, should have mixed them together, not layered separate)
  • this is located in my basement room adjecent to my bedroom
  • using all canna products, currently on veg at 24 days from transplant
  • currently at 900ppm with canna coco a&b, rhizotonic, and cannazyme in my 50gal res.
  • the big bushy ones in the pictures are Green Crack, the smaller ones are blue dreams and grape punch
  • I can only water them once a day because the medium stays so frikken wet and get's mold on the top layer if I do it 3-5 times a day.
  • I have two oscilating fans
  • With the ballasts running 50% it stays 75 degrees, at 75% it's between 79-81 degrees and at 100% it gets up to 85-87 degrees
  • humidity is at 50% and varies by 10%
  • I'm getting an 80mg per hour ozone generator next week for mold and smell
  • the ebb and gro pots were not fully draining so I put all of them on 1" x "6 boards, now less water is sitting in the bottom
NOW FOR THE PROBLEMS

  • Temperature, I have to leave the grow room door open otherwise temps are pushing 87 degrees, what is the max it should be??
  • The leaves are starting to get little spots that are growing bigger every day and turning the whole leaf brown/yellow
  • little patches of grey/white mold keep appearing on the soil, I['m not able to water more than once a day
  • the stems appear to be reddish-purpleish in color
  • do you think it's time to flower?
Here is all the pictures that I have taken for you to better understand my situation.
