Please help hps

Hey there,
My plants are about a foot and a half tall now, and have been using cfl's to veg. Now I think it is about time to start the flowering, but I ran into a problem, I am out of money. If there is anyway someone could maybe help me out with an extra hps ballast or something that would be so great.

Wish it was that easy bro... everyone has to protect them selves in this harsh world. Sending something through the mail is the last thing the members of this .org will do. too risky! go rob a car wash... they usually have a 150w hps in every stall.

Billboards run 400 watt metal halides. Construction sites are a good place to look too.
