Please Help!!! Issue with my 2 girls needs fixin!

Hi All,

Brand new here...Thanks for letting me in. This is my first grow, got a few clones of super lemon haze from a friend and got them going, put em in 5 gal buckets full of Miracle Grow "organic slow release" - please don't comment on the soil...After reading about the benefits of making your own I already know what your gonna say!! Anyway, they've been rockin all summer, outdoors, doing great. I started adding Jacks Classic Bloom Booster, once a week, as per instructions (1tpsb in 1 gal) - it's a 10-30-20 mix...Started at 1/4 strength and worked my way to full. I split the better half of a gal between these two last thursday, wasn't forecast to rain for the weekend...Got back yesterday and this is what I have now. Not sure what happened. (I should mention it got down to about 28-30 for 2 nights in a row. They are now indoors under 400 HPS 12/12 for the duration. They didn't get started until late in the season, should be done by now.

The pictures could be better, but here's what's goin on: Lower fans, and some smaller leaves are paling out a lot. A ton of leaves from the middle and top have brown/purple coloring creeping up the leaves, they seem like they are drying out, and are corkscrewing and twisting. I know nitrogen is a normal deficiency during flowering, but these prob have 3-4 weeks to go, and this seems like more than a "normal" thing..

Any comments, tips, suggestions would be much appreciated - this is my first grow, still learning!

And if you need a better picture to help me diagnose this - I'll try n get a better shot, not under the HPS lamps.

Thanks For any help guys

well during flowering, the plant redirects the juices from the leaves to the buds. its kinda hard to tell cuz your bright lights are making the pics get that horizontal zebra effect lol. id remove any leaves (usually appear at the bottom first) that are going yellow/brown and drying out, the nutes seem ok, perhaps a lil N boost once a week very lightly might help, but you seem to be ok, id pick 1 nug on each plant, and measure it, and watch it's growth, as long as the nugs are growing, that means the rest of the leaves are powering that, if the nugs dont grow, then your plant is dying.
Remember, you dont want a pretty bush, you want big nugs. when im close to done flowering, my fan leaves are half gone, other leaves are wilting, twisting curling, thats ok, as long as the nugs have the juices flowing.

are they dry and brittle? at the top? thats probably a bad sign, see if you can bend them around, flatten one in between 2 fingers, they shouldnt dry out at the top just yet.

Ya, tried that...Not dry. Just LOOK dry. I heard the purpling is possibly from the frost, and that sometimes after a frost the plants go into ultra-flowering mode. The buds look good, starting to get all white and crystally...I'll try and get some better pictures right after the light goes out for night mode.

the lime green/yellowing is from N deficiency. yellowing starts at the base of the plant and climbs up. it looks like your in the late stage.

and the curling is P deficiency in flowering.

whats your npk. i think you should feed your plant
