Please help possible ROOT ROT!!!

hello, I am a first time grower, and DWC grower. My seedling has been in a humidity dome for about two weeks. Toots have started coming out the bottom. But, the root tips are brown. Is this root rot? Is my plants stunned now? Should I run H202 because I am about to transplant it into dwc? Or should I just add the beneficial bacteria to my water and hope for the best? I know it can recover, but does it need H202?

They get brown tips due to air pruning. Its natural for the roots exiting rockwool starter cubes to brown.

I wait until theres a good deal of the bottom covered in roots before I transfer to dwc. Until like 10 or 20% of the cube is visible

Omg thank you!! The bottom has some wicked roots. Not long but think and pointy. However, there is one long one. I gave the rock wool some Beneficial bacteria and carbs(But candy) along with a smasll 250ppm(250 all together) feeding cube was dry. I'll wait a few more days now thank you!
