I think she needs more nutes and more than 3-4 cups of water every 3-4 days in a 3gallon bucket! Looks like she is streched and starved!:peace:

Ok, here we go. Closeups of three of the top buds, a mid level bud, and a tiny junior bud. Several pics of different leaves. The pistils are not brown and shriveled, but they are starting to turn orange? Hope this is enough, what's the verdict?

look very closely for these yellow bannanas.
they hide inside the buds and are very hard to see.
i see no problem with the yellow leafes dying as this is the norm at your stage of flowering lack of nitro normal and ok just let them die and fall of as they will shortly. (dont pull them off as the will die and fall of soon naturally).

Just by looking at your pot, i can tell you don't have enough aeration in your medium. Compacting soil will cause all of the problems you are mentioning. Cannabis plants need a loose medium with lots of oxygen. Your plant isn't taking up a lot of water but that's probably because the soil is too compact to drain and soak all the roots at once throughout the plant. She looks overwatered though, this is because some parts of your medium are getting lots of water and then it isn't moving, just sitting there, standing water in your medium can cause the drooping effect. Every time I water my soilless plants, I see this because I leave enough water in my pots to wick for a day or so and during this time, they all droop if they are in contact with standing water, leaving part of the roots submerged. The discoloration? probably the same reason. Compacted soil can cause all sorts of lockout issues as well as dozens of other problems. Sometimes my plants in the greenroom will outgrow their pots and start growing in to the greenroom soil. When this happens I start to see drooping leaves, discoloration, poor growth etc. Now I know to just pick em up every few days but I think you get the idea. Also, if you are growing from bagseed, everything but the discoloration too early could just be genetics. Good luck next time.

I've been searching pretty close - haven't found anything but pistils thus far. Appreciate those pics though, gives me a better idea what I'm looking for.

Yeah I know she's ugly. Just bagseed - she's my first, and I wasn't about to start out possibly killing seeds I paid money for. Check my sig, I already have good strains going. Got some Trainwreck growing, to be followed by white widow, then white rhino. I would love some good soil (or any of the fox farms products, really) but there is none to be had around where I live, and I'm not ready to pay shipping prices for three cubic feet of soil every time I plant. Nope I wouldn't keep offspring from her if you paid me to.

Thank you - this is probably exactly what's wrong. She's the only one who's soil looks that way, and the only one with all these problems. So is there anything I can do about it at this late stage?

Not that I know of. I did it to my first plant too. I figured, I could just use the soil out of the bag because it suggested doing so but apparently you can't do that and expect good results. Just call it a lesson. It hasn't happened to me since :eyesmoke:

Ok great, I'll try it - one last question - do I need to let her dry out first and get as much of the old soil off her rootball as possible, or keep it together?
no you want to water the plant wait for an hour or two untill evenly moist and then transplant the complete rootball and soil.
if its all moist it will stick together like this.
double potting would be easier for that size of plant but can be completely transplanted with the help of a friend.
this is what mine look like before transplanting.
moist soil and everything intact.
dont remove any soil from the root ball.
