Please help to decide

So past 3-4 days I searched, looked, read and tried to decide what to choose - LED or HID? Dont know yet real sizes of my grow closet but planning to buy or made by my self with size about (90-100)x(60-70)x(180-200)cm.
If i choose HID then i go with "Dimmable Lumatek digital ballast" with "Sunmaster 400w dual spec HPS grow bulb" and put it in CoolTube or cheap air-cooled reflector(if you know 1 of these pelase suggest).
About LEDs i dont know

Before think about BlackStar 240w but now I doubt.
Think about 2-4 plants(depends on plants) but wanna try AK48 from Nirvana :twisted:

My budget 4 LEDs can be about 300euros.
Can i get same results with LEDs in that prace range? I'm worry about heat becouse i can grow only in toilet, kitchen or in my bedroom(75% it be there) and i dont wanna live in sauna

I live in Europa thats why please dont offer cheap things in USA.
Edit: Oh forgot to ask about temp/hydro meter - can some1 suggest 1 not very pricely? Ive found http://www.amazon.de/TFA-30-3013-Funk-Thermo-Hygrometer-Maxim-II/dp/B000R99816/ref=pd_sim_hg_1 but this dont have min/max setting

word out on LED's right now is they are better used to supplement HID lighting. Never used one myself because all of the trials done on them have come back sub par. As soon as they come out with one that works as well or better than a 1000 hps i'll be all over it.

Some time can not remember name of that video then I forget about that but now I remember and FIND it! :-D
