Its fucking good water, wtf you from amigo?

If theres cal and mag in your ferts your good, water is not a nutrient supply and rarely in an absorbable form.

I have similar water except it swings from just below 7 upto just above 8 and coco loves it :-)=-O

What are you using for nutrients? That's the problem not the water.

And when you say no matter what you've done, what have you done? You could be making things worse.

Agsil 16h silica @ 1tsp per gallon roughly 70ppm

Cal-nitrate by Yara Liva @ 2 grams per gallon

Magriculture mag/sulper @ 2 grams per gallon

Mendocino 6-30-30 @ 2 grams per gallon

Then I ph to 6.0

EC is between 1.5-1.7

There is no way you have a magnesium deficiency with what you're using. There is plenty of magnesium available as well as calcium from the calcium nitrate. I'd ditch the silica. You don't need it and it's probably what's causing you problems.

Its concerning yiu add 4 grams of additives and only 2 of ferts but idk wtf peeps use thesedays, maybe they dont put cal and mag in their ferts.

Mainly its not ph or your water - there are too many other variables so idk except i like your water :-)

I’m growing in coco - could you educate me a bit on Si please and thanks you

Thought it was definitely needed for coco grows etc

I used as a rule of thumb to give my plants a boost of Calmag at 4 weeks just before I set them off into bloom, until then it's really not needed.
Just focus on using good nutes in a responsible manner in a good environment, that's all that is needed.
Your overcomplicating it.

I'm not an expert on Si but I do know that you don't need it. I've been growing in coco for years and the one time I used it I had issues. It is not needed for coco grows and I have no idea where you would have gotten that information. Added silica is not needed for any grows. I still have a bottle of Agsil sitting on a shelf that I used for one grow and haven't touched since and never will again. I don't care what others might say. There is no need to add silica supplements in a cannabis grow.

Silica could be used in a stressed environment, (high heat/low water) to strengthen the plant, but is really not needed in an average grow.
Save the money and time, just PH your water and get your EC/PPM in the range you want to use, and all will be good.
Good luck :)
