Please Help, Whats Wrong With My Babies

Hello All, Can someone please help me with a problem i am having with 2 of my new borns. I am currently using a soil mixture of:

50% - Organic Moo Mix Pro Potting Soil
20% - MG Perlite
10% - Sta-Green Vermiculite
10% - MG Sphagnum Peat Moss
10% - Worm Castings

I am using a liquid fert/rain water solution: (Started using today after reading a post)
1.75 TBSP of Earth Juice Grow
1 TSP of Earth Juice Bloom
1 TSP of Earth Juice Catalyst

Before today i was using just rain water to water them

2 Days ago i noticed one leaf was looking kinda burnt a little , I tried looking online and the closest pic i could find that looked like it said it has a Magnesium Def, But i am not sure because it doesnt look exactly the same, just closest pic i could find that looks like mine. Today i noticed that the other plant in same pot looks almost the same, The third plant in the pot looks Healthy though . In a few week when they get bigger i will move them all to seperate pots but till then they are all in 1 pot.

Can anyone please tell me what looks to be wrong with my babies. Thank you VERY much to ANYONE that can please help me.

looks like nute burn, you shouldent give them nutes until there like 3 weeks old

What kind of lights are you using? May want to wait a few weeks before giving the new plants nutes, id use straight water until its a little bigger

I am using 24" florescent grow lights. Before today i wasnt using the fert-water solution. Besides not using the fert-water solution is there anything else i can do to save them?

Yes they have good drainage.

I just mist my seedling for first 4 weeks it helps with transpiration and it doesnt saturate your soil so your roots will stretch a bit looking for water
