Please Help With Outdoor Grow

hi guys i have a outdoor plant that is 5.5 wks into flowering and they look quiet small could you tell me how to fatten up buds or if the plant is looking good for this stage and if it is stavia dominent thanks guys

how are you flowering outside already!?? putting it outside with 12 hrs of light to go before dark!??
