please look at my clones.

yes carbonated water helps alot i use it on my clones it helps them take up moisture and breath and no it wont harm them just a few sprays each day

that's a lot better... it's good that you left a little space at the bottom(some a little too much).. when i clone, i cut the stem at the sharpest angle i can to expose the innermost part of the stem to the most amount of rooting hormone.. when you leave the space before the leaves come in, you can strip the bottom of the stem and coat it with rooting hormone. they look nice tho

thanks man. yeah live and learn huh. i didnt even think about the fact that the stem didnt need to be 6 inches. well anyway heres some more pics from day 3 or 4 not sure now. any idea how long they take to root? all i need to do is cut a 3 inch clone with a couple leafs at top huh? heres day 4 pics

im wondering can i cut off the larger leafs or should i cut off most of the larger leafs i heard it is help full. also i went up today to the spot and the clone in the second pic has new growth, is that possible.. also can i just plant em into big buckets now? or do i need to wait till im seeing roots? seems if i wait till i see roots its gonna take forever. so the clone i cut today, i cut open the cobe and lathered the gel in there a lot of it. i cut the stem at a sharp angle and stuck it in there. i only used the tops of the branches so they will come back 2 times...what great advise. thanks

like i said you only want 2-3 large fan leaves if that... it's okay to have a bunch of small ones(that will tell you if the plant's growing)..2 weeks maybe sooner if they're under indirect light... leaves may die a bit, but where the newgrowth will appear shouldn't change

day 4 on my clones and i wait for em to dry then i add some clonex to em. its been 4 days and they are all standing up strait. theres no yellowing or dying leaf. up strait. and im hoping its because its working. i used rooting gel. hey man i found a thing that said indirect light for the first 4 days then i should throw em under the 400hps. is this true?

also can i plant them in dirt/soil now? and throw em under the light? i been misting at least 2 times a day, maybe up to 4
the first pic is actual new growth on one of the clones.
and at the bottom of the clones where the stem goes into the cube. its starting to turn light brown to white, then the rest of the stem is green and alive healthy looking

my mother plant did that i'm not sure what that is my guess on my plant was it was where the stem and root was meeting togather but yours is up the stem so idk bump.............

as for putting them in dirt, wait for the roots to show. when the roots show she'll be ready for some fresh soil

sweet . so just the top new growth and the first set of leaves, then about 2 1/2 inches of stem? this would be a good size? i have some that had five sets of leafs on em and i cut em all off except for the top 9 in pics above) i just smoked a nug of some susuper skunk and it came out nice. a nice heady buzz with a little body body buzz also.
they are curing now in a jar. every day they smell better. i have to say that cropping and tyind down has made a world of difference to me. i used yard dirt to grow the super skunk, and it was grown under floros. one main bud on a one foot plant grown with no nutes just watered, this time i used a 640watts of hps, fofx tarm tiger bloom and grow big. i mixed my own concoction of perlite, vermaculite, sphagnom and pete moss, and a tiny bit of starter seeds started dirt, no nutesin the mix. the difference is just amazing and now my bushes can give me 100 clones if i want. so i really want to learn, bad.. heres the nugs. im hoping everything i added to the grow will give it that extra oomph im looking for...
also guys would adding the 6 floro t8 4 footers and the 6 cfls i have too the closet. there is no none zero heat prob in there. would it make a diff or are they fine with the hps? im hoping for a lot more buds thatn the one main bud and four branches i got from the super skunk

if heat isnt a problem then i dont see anything wrong i've allwase heard the more light you use the more you yeild

no heat whatsoever, but now when i try to plug in all the lights i blow a fuse any idea why. is there just not enough electricity, will plugging em all into the same stripp help?

man sounds like your just waiting for the fire trucks. you really need not to plug so much in the stripp, even if yopu have a high enough amp braker you will still have problems at the stripp. it can burn up and or trip every time. good luck

You can fuckoff majorly with clones but if you're patient.... I grew a couple beauties out of some water-logged, nute-burned, heat-stressed clones.

i had the same problem... i evenly distributed the power between 2 sockets on different fuses(different outlets if that's not already implied)

oh guys heres the deal with the closet im growing in and im thinking about it because of what mygirls said about fire happening.

heres how i set it up
i have a main cord plugged into the wall that runs to the closet. inside the spot i have a 5 individual heavy good plug with a breaker on it, so it will trip if its overloaded i guess. i have 1 400 watt hps plugged into it, 2 100 watt hps lights and two fans plugged into it, sorry it has 6 plugs on it actually. so thats the stuff i have plugged into it. thats not that much and its all good quality, high holms or whatever they call em. but ont the other side of the cellar i have a dryer and a washer plugged in. i also have another closet with 3 4 ft t8s and 2 cfls and one fan. hooked up to a cord with 6 plugs on a good strip. if i have all the shit plugged in at once it will blow the switch in the breaker, so now i leave anything not being used is not plugged in. i also had a cabinet set up that i had three more cfls plugged into. i keep five gallon buckets 5 of em filled with water right next to the grow and im getting and electrical specific fire extinguisher . thank you my girls for bringing that up. good looking out brother.

i look at it and its not much. especially when its only my one hps closet i have plugged in at one time. but i just planted 10 fem violator kush, 10 white ice, 10 skunkxhaze, 10 g13xhaze, and i still have another 10 skunkxhaze, not counting the 5 superskunk i have in day 20 of flower, and another 7 , 3 1/2 week old super skunk plants. right now i would give away the skunk x haze seeds i have. seeds that i dont have even close to enough room for. thats a total of 52 plants in 2 closets. im gonna need to use all 7 4 ft floros i have and the 6 cfls huh? i would seriously give 10 skunkxhaze seeds from barneys farm in amsterdam. no joke
