Please please help!

Hey RIU community. First Thanx for all the help you have givin me so far! It has got me along way! I have just encountered another problem. I am in 23 days in flower and I have noticed some of my leaves are turning brown yellowish on the edges and feel dry and crumbly. Its only on 2 out of my 4 plants though? Both my afgan kush show it. But my truth and cherry diesel look fine. The temp is 75 degrees right now. Rh is 16% its got good air flow. I feed them all the same. I mix up 5 mls of cal-mg, floranova bloom, silica and hi-brix molasses.

sounds like the needs of the one strain are different , i would just give plain water next time you feed and see if the dry edges keep spreading

You may want to take a pic with hps off. from the looks of it the burnt plants are a lighter feeder than the others. Pics would help. Possibility of wind damage. Do you have fans blowing directly on the bad plants? Flora is a good base it was likely the additives if not the wind.

I would read this website . http://www.growweedeasy.com/marijuana-symptoms-pictures and this one http://www.420magazine.com/forums/problems-pests-disease-control/81275-cannabis-plant-pest-problem-solver-pictorial.html It usually does not matter 1 strain to the other , I am know to have 40 different plants strands going @ once and feed every plant the same nutrients , only difference I found I can push one much harder then others to get max yields . to me your lacking some thing. and I know these web sites will help you . you need to know these things to be a successful grower

Yes this is true but a new grower that cant read the plant and has not built the plant up for this feeding plan will not have these results. I agree I feed the shit out of my plants and the worst that happens is a curled leaf.

Why are you using cal-mag with FloraNova? Are you using RO water?

Like stated above, one of your strains is probably a lighter feeder then the other. This is probably the issue, however is your supplementing calmag ontop of the floranova and your using tap water you proabaly locking out certain nutrients with so much calmag.

Their is also silica I believe in the floranova, and it's not a vital additive. They say it can help the plant's immune system or help it bounce back from stress and that it might help strengthen stems but I don't see a ton of great growers using it. I use GH FloraNova simple dtw plan and even I think the additives like floralicious and koolbloom aren't really needed(I like using them probably for the same reasons you do :) ). The beautiful thing about FloraNova is you really only need the grow and bloom to grow really healthy happy plants. If my plants show any sign of stress or over feeding I back off the additives.

Sometimes too much of a certain nutrient will 'lock out' other nutrients. If you google nutrient lock out there is tons of info on stuff like this.

I am using distilled water from the store. Should I ease back on the cal-mg or stop completely? Also I did have fans directly on both those plants for awhile I just moved the fan about a min ago so its not right on it.
