it's VERY true... everyone in CA grows... and kills...

no dude, its just sacramento county trying to pass a law that all growing has to be done indoors. its only because there have been 4 weed related shootings in sac in the last 3 weeks so theyre scared its going to get worse.

Can't grow outdoors in the city of san diego, but me out in the county biggest girl was just short of 12 foot!
