Hey,

Well i've been wandering about the size of the container used in relation to the rate of plant growth as well as bud production?

I'm into my 3rd week flowering and i'm concerned the containers i'm using are a bit small to allow for optimal developement of my babies...

I'm posting this in the organics section coz i went from using chemicals to using organics and i was so blown away by the way my plants ROCKETED!! So with that in mind i thought organically minded folk would have some great tips and advice. Which i have noticed in the many threads i've read, so help a brother out peeps!

I have 2 Power Skunk on the left and 2 Isis on the right. Third wk into flowering. Is it too late to transplant? Will it hurt them? I've read that it's not a good idea but would it allow for better growth and developement?

Another thing i've done is to work the soil in the containers with a small garden hand fork, churning it up gently. Would this help root growth at all?

Many thanks ;-)

you can tansplant just be careful. Make sure you let them get kinda dry before you make your attempt or the soil will crumble and fuck up the roots. but those conainers will be fine until the end of flowering.

turning over the top couple inches of soil allows for even drying and watering and keeps dry patches of soil forming where you cant see.

i would just leave them cuz there about done getting any bigger at this point and will mainly be packing on buds from now till chop.

Can't really tell by scale of those pics.... are those 1 gals or 3 gal pots??? If they are 3 I would say you have all the room you need.... 1 gal pot you may be getting into being potbound.

Many thanks for replies. They are 8" pots. Not sure how many gallons that is..? I think i'll just leave them as they are and hope for the best. It may be too risky to transplant.
