It's in a cupboard I have two plants growing at the moment the lights that are in there are 300watt led and a 180watt led. It is vented in to the attic, through a carbon filter. Max temp is 28c the attic is not insolated. Any thoughts would be great cheers. Bloody police fly overs are doing my head in.

yer its not good, so thats the heat from your house going into the cab and the 480w going straight up to the tiles in the loft will cause a hot spot

all you need to do is hang some board above where the air going in the loft, so it spread the heat out and don't cause a hot spot and you will be a lot safter

Dude. The Blitz was the name history has bestowed upon the German air attack against Great Britain early in WWII... which is the time period of the poster, correct?
