Pollen Cleanup from Herm Room

Fam,

A mechanical timer broke week 7, herm'd the room. I'm about to knock down the crop and put in another. I want to start flowering asap on this new crop but I'm worried about the pollen spreading and seeding out the new girls.

I'm thinking to give the seeded flower a quick bath when they're chopped. This would kill all pollen. Then I could clean the room out with water (paint sprayer, wipe everything down) and flower right away. Do these seem like the appropriate steps?

Thank you fam.

Spray room with a Zerotol solution, the water will kill the pollen the Zerotol kills pathogens.

I guess bleach is for us that are more financially restricted (broke!)
$57.00 from Amazon for your zerotol.
Knock off brand bleach @wal-Mart 2.94.
:wall:

Thank you all for the responses. Pretty much what I had planned on.

Side note - Replacing all timers w/ either digital or a Hydro-X system so this never happens again.

How long has it been? Just spray with plain water and wipe down. Using a little bleach will make sure things are sanitized.

It is not bleach, I pay $42 dollars per gallon. I add 2ml to my res with every fill up.to keep res and lines clean. I spray the plants underside after defoliation(since it is stabilized h2o2). It can prevent any pathogens from infecting the open wounds. It lasts about six to eight months...you must be really fucking broke.

Less broke than some, Hell of a lot more broke than others. How is it stabilized? He's looking to sterilize his room, not his rez. In the rez that shit sounds great but for the room seems extravagant.

If you do a little research you will find that a diluted solution as a foliar(great if you grow strains susceptible to PM), and as I use it "under canopy spray" after defoliation. The company is agg and food safety. Deep roots in tobacco, great people to deal with, very informative, and definitely not "bro science".

It may be extravagant but after every cycle I like to clean. I used to use bleach and I have since switched to Zeroto spray in a diluted solution with a deck sprayerl. As for how it is stabilized that is a question for Kip at Bio-Safe. This is not a shill either I use it, I like it and it has made my environment a little better. I can assure you I have blown more money on way worse and less useful things than this lol.

You don't need that stuff. It's less a matter of being able to afford it than wasting money on something unnecessary.

How does it make your environment better?
