Anybody lucky enough to find one naturally? I heard if you find a seed with more then one seem in it, it will be polyploid with 3 round and 3 jagged leaves from sprout. Ive read if you find a good one a clone can run 10 grand like the chemdawg clone sold to DNA Genetics. I got a good cross of Kosher Kush and Bubba 76 i got alot of seeds im gonna soak in with some poisonous autumn crocus flowers im growing. Anyone have any expereince?

no, curious about responses
i know about the colchicine treatment which you're describing
you should not use the 1st generation plants for smoking, only the 2nd generation
there hasn't been much posted on polyploids giving a better plant, at least not in cannabis
the 3 seamed seed is new to me, sounds strange, but then truth can be stranger than fiction

Since im soaking the seeds and not the plant there can't be enough colchicine to do me any harm if i get a sprouter ill be smoking first gen. lol

be very carefull of that, i think the very strong advice is not to do it, it could kill or damage you
you may be right, i'm not an expert on colchicine
i did a little reading and it is described as a systemic type of chemical, it will disperse through the plant as it grows

I just planted some G13/Skunk seeds from Mr. Nice several days ago, 2 came up with three starter leaves, the first one to sprout is showing three jagged leaves instead of two, don't know about the other one yet.

I'm interested to see what they do, hopefully one is female so I can see if it's different in flowering from the others.

don't forget the 3 cotyledon. this one turned out male so I crossed it with a strain I like.
First seed I cracked was female and I'm growing that out now.

I snapped a couple quick pics with my phone of the two I have. They're just babies and barely putting out their first true leaves, but you can kinda see that each has three rather than two.

I have a 4 day old BCBD that has 3 cotyledens and 3 regular leaves. Will def be taking clones and plan on using CS on one for seeds.

I think you'll need two triploids to to cross them otherwise there's an odd number of chromosomes so it won't produce viable seeds. May be wrong but I believe that's the way they make seedless fruit.

I currently have a triploid mutant blueberry. To the best of my knowledge they are sterile and therefore clone only. Females are very rare...

3 nodes look sweet! I've never seen that but I do have a cross that was growing completely normal until the 5th set of nodes, where instead of two leaves, I'm now seeing four on the 5th and 6th nodes. Anyone ever have this happen before?

This was a few days ago taken of my triploidal WW, well maybe 4-5. Her leaves are fatter now but she just is so slow. Also had an SK#1 that gave me a quad ploid, not sure of the technical name, but I tried breeding her and nothing took and when it came to cloning I didn't have enough time since i was going on vacation.

What's special about these polys? Not being a smartass, I really want to learn. Are they more potent? I had one with my blueberry grow but it was a male so I tossed it. Now I have one that is a RKSXDEEPCHUNK cross from Cannacopia that turned out to be a female. It's one of my two keepers. When it sprouted it looked like a mutant and was a super slow vegger. I call her my runt haha. It stayed growing like a mutant until about the fourth node, then just took off by itself in two branches like I topped it. But its all natural. It's more frosted than the other one but I thought it was just cause it took after the DC more. So are they more stronger or whats the appeal? Here's an older pic.
