OK, cool. Then I can leave them in there for a few more days just to be sure. I kind of have a feeling one might be a Hermie. I think all colas have sings of male but one. I wonder if I cut the male branches off and kept the female part would it work? Or you know what, if its a hermie, I will transplant it to outside.

OK, so I totally confirmed the males were males and females are females. It was 50/50. 2 males, 2 females.

So last night I pulled the males out, and put my 2 females directly under the bulb. Feed them water, and will flush soon cause its that time. The hairs are coming out and are about a quarter of an inch and look clearish white.

Tonight, I am going to clone about 4-6 off the 2 mothers that I have, and veg them till there roots show. Should take a good 2 weeks, then will throw them into flowering. That way I keep a constant harvest coming in....

Will try and post pics tonight.

Yes indeed! They have been in flowering for 1 week now. Still have not taken my cuttings to be cloned. I should get to it tonight. Hopefully they will go back to veg stage safely. And in a few months, I will be buying some quality seeds.

I kind of want pure indica and pure sativa. They way I have a choice for the effect. And can cross breed them too.

cool. if you cross-breed, send me some seeds and i'll help you sort out your phenos so you can stabilize your desired characteristics. i'm getting pretty interested in breeding. once i have some more space, it's on. luckily, my old lady's down for the pound.

Ok. I got 8 clippings for clones.

4 from each plant. 4 of them are large clippings, and the other 4 are small. Maybe too small. Hopefully I can get them all to clone. I used cloning gel, and right after I clipped the stem, put them in PH'ed with a tad drop of grow big. The night before, I soaked the cubes in 5.5. And let them dry to about 20 %.

Once I cut the edge off the clippings, dipped them in gel, pushed trough cube, and then dipped the cube under the water the clippings were chillin in. Should grow nice after this if I can keep the heat out of the garage and the humidity up in the dome.

I pic with the Dome on, one with it off, and the mothers after the cuttings came off. :)

Thanks man. Its been a tough first time grow. Now that my op is up and running better, once these clones grow up and go into the flowering room, they should give me a nice stash for a while.

Which will give me enough smoke to buy me some time to start some nice quality seed strains to try. Can't wait to pick out some bomb ass seeds to try out. Fun times ahead fo sho!

Got up this morning, took a peek at the clones, and there looking very good. Not once 1% sign of drooping. They look the same as when I cut them. So I think there all going to make it and grow nice and healthy.

They were in flowering for one week, so hopefully that does not mess with there cycles, and there on 24/0 light. Maybe I should get a timer and change that to 18/6.

What do you guys think? And when it comes to feeding the clones, should I start over on the feeding chart from fox farm, or feed what I am feeding the mothers? This is my first time cloning, so anything I am doing wrong, or that I could do to help, please advise me to do so......Thanks guys, RIU rocks!

Your clones look pretty good. Next time, I would take just a little less foliage.

Your clones require no nutrients when you cut them, and you needn't feed until you've developed roots in rockwool. I only begin feeding at 1/4 strength after I transplant rockwool plugs into soil, and slowly work up from there. I would wait until you transplant, and then begin your schedule at whatever stage it says to start feeding.

Besides the fact that they don't need it, you need to consider that when they're in rockwool, you are essentially have a hydroponic system. Accordingly, you have no soil buffer and it is easy to overfeed. In other words, be careful.

Keep it up! It's fun to see those babies root.

I see you've got a jade cutting in there. Let me know how that works out.

I just reread your post. Did you say "through" the rockwool? The cut (rooting) end should be squarely in the center of the medium and in as much contact as possible.

mom's looking good.

I pushed them maybe half way in. Not so there not coming out the bottom if that is what you thought I meant. The Fert, was one drop in 12 oz of water. So it was very light. So no superthrive, just plain water till roots show an transplant? Thanks for the info.

The Jade is doing great. Its been a week. I have been practicing cloning diff plants around the house. I got the idea, cause the landscaping guy trimmed one in my backyard, and the clippings grew back just lieing in the ground with no help. So I imagine these will do better in the rockwool and under supervision.

So today I decided to Flush them for the first time. The only ones I did in the past were the adults, but there all gone. Flushed with 6.6 and runnoff was 5.4 on one and 5.6 on the other mama plant. So I used Baking Soda and got one at 6.5 and the other one at 6.3. Winded up using about a half a gallon or more per plant for the flush process.

After that, I feed them there Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom.

Don't get mad at me, but I just could not help but cut off fan leaves from the lower half to make more room for light on hidden colas. That way they grow more bud on the bud sites. How bad can this be for the plant and harvest?
