try private mode on firefox..

Clear internet settings on the computer after everytime you go on a site you don't want her to see. Tools > Internet Options > Clear Private Data.

If she can find out after you do that she could be using a keylogger. It's a program that's invisible that records everything you type and screenshot pictures every minute or so.

If not either of those two work, she's crazy and has some sort of camera near the computer haha.

Oh and be sure to delete everything other than what you don't want deleted, like saved passwords etc. Cookies and Internet Files are where she could be looking.
