Possible Gnat aftermath?

Hello all this plant 3-4 weeks old from seed in super soil. Cheap 45watt LED starter lighting. I transplanted I to 5 gallon fabric pot. Plant seems to be still yellowing and leaves pointing downward. I haven’t had any gnats since transplant

What medium are you using? soil? Coco? Looks like a mag deficiency off looking at it.

Also your 45 watt led will not be enough. Likely lower actual output than 45.

It's not from gnats.
