possible light burn? help me make sure

My plant has been doing great up until a couple of days ago. Some of the new growth leafs are curling up and look like they've been burnt but the lights are no where near them. The ones at the top have really small holes and a few white spots on them. This doesnt apply to the overall plant. These are only a few leaves and appears random. Light burn? I dont think it can be nute burn cause ive only been feeding it water..

Any ideas?

not light burn, would be more drastic than that. Its got something to do with the roots, you have a bug flying in and out of the soil?

Maybe thrips? They're hard to see sometimes.

yA if you have holes in the leaves something i.e. a bug is eating them, try a good dose of neem oil or ff bug off

Hm yea that the thought of bugs did cross my mind. I have it indoors but something might be living around my baby. Ill get on that neem oil asap. In the first picture those white dots arent from a bug it looks to be in the leaf and the smaller growth is curling. Any thoughts on those?
