i moved my plants from a closet with a fluorescent light to a 4x8 foot room with white poly and a 1000wHPS and ever since my plants leaves started to just give up it seems like and just wants to droop down and not perk up. hopefully these pictures can help identify problem

Firstly, as a first time poster I will tell you nicely before the trolls get too you. Jacking someone else's post is a no no. Secondly I doubt the light is the issue. Likely a watering or root bound problem. Re-pot into a larger medium and research this site for a good watering schedule. Good Luck with the grow and hence fourth start your own threads.

they have been under my hps for about a week. about the second day they began to curl and it almost seemed like they were protecting their stock lol. they do not look happy and its heartbreaking!!!!!

Eh not the light.
Not enough nutrients maybe? Maybe a problem with the watering too much water or less, maybe wrong ph.. could be a few things would need more specs on what you're giving to them.
