If you are putting them out why bother with a pot just freshen up the soil and put her there.. then you dont have any worry..

Id go with the guy that said 30..definitely need more than 10gal imo..straight in ground would be best as others said..either way id go with bigger holes.

you could always use those really really thick industrial garbage bags it would probably be the cheapest way to go beside garbage bins with wheels on it but just some hints for ya good luck

I've grown 7-8 footers in 5 gallon buckets, but they were a mostly sativa dominate plant.

i m not trying to doubt your theory obviously it does work but you must have one hell of a rootball in there have you ever tried in a garbage bag i think you would have better results the wider the better id say for trees probibly why there so scronny (excuse me for criticizing i shouldn t really never did it like that before) they do look nice though

yes, they had a wad of roots, but it really depends on the stain of plant, ferts, etc. TLC is my main ingredient. I do plant in ground to and the results are better, but to be stealth, pots can do very good. some pots, I cut the bottom out of and fill with organics and let them go, didn't see much difference. this is gonna be my 37th year in pots and probably do it this way till death do us part!
