Power Loss!

My power clicked off and clicked right back on. It took what seemed an eternity for the light to restart was only 3 or 4 mins. Are they going to go Hermie their 5th week veg 18-22" a week before flower

Yeah the cool tube blower kick right back on to cool the light and the exhaust from the blower is blowing on the ballast at all times.
The best news is even an extended dark cycle won't Herm your plants but it may cause them to go into flower early ...which isn't the worst thing that could happen :weed:

It takes more than just a few minutes of lights off to disrupt the plant's cycle. Plants develop what's called a circadian rhythm, like humans (24 hour clocks), and are also equipped with phytochromes, which basically detect light for a plant. These receptors, combined with their circadian rhythm, gives the plant the ability to know when it's dark because it's their dark cycle, or simply because they're in shade/cloud cover.
