Power Skunk Under Led

haha drying them in the shower :)
looking good mate
Yeah the guest bathroom has turned into my drying room. Works out good because there's no windows so it stays dark with the door closed, can hang them on curtain rod, and the fan outake lets me have some humidity control. Checked on them this morning and they should be good to finish trimming tonight and go into jars for curing. Look for a dry weight update on my first of three plants tomorrow or this weekend. The second white domina is still in the dark until tonight when it will be chopped and hung to dry. The power skunk is still going, probably until monday or so and then start flushing.

I'm debating now if I should go down to two plants and spend more time and effort on them, or if I should do 3 again but maybe in 2gallon pots instead of the 3g like I did this time. I was getting cramped for space this time and I want a little more work room...suggestions?

White Domina Auto #1 dry weigh in was 38 grams. This isnt counting the 2 or 3 grams that ive smoked of it plus the little larfy nugs that werent worth trimming that I put with the trimmings for making butter. There was probably another 3 grams or so of that kind of bud. I'm just glad I got more than an oz total. I definitely think I would have yeilded more had I run the auto on 24/0, 20/4, or even 18/6 but since I had a nonauto on there too everything was on 12/12. That plus this plant was a beast and for the last few weeks only half the plant was getting decent light since it grew tobe higher than my light could be raised. Lessons learned on canopy control, may need to experiment with lst in the future.

Second white domina auto should be good to finish trimming and go into jars for cure tonight. Will get another update out with weight from that one. Expecting about another ounce from it.

Thanks for the advice, i'll keep that in mind. I decided a few days ago I'm going to do two this time, and making a switch to smart pots. Going to try those out see why some people swear by them. I'm going to my dispensary this evening after work to check out the clones. the website says lavender trainwreck, kushberry, candy purple, purple gorilla, and j-train and a few others. Will probably grab whatever looks healthiest, nice stems and nice root system, but by names alone im leaning toward the lav-wreck. And damn, updated smoke report on the white domina...holy smoke I love this strain. Super danky taste, soft smooth inhale, nice expand, and an awesome upbringing giggly yet calm head high. Highly recommended for an auto, id like to try the nonauto version of this strain in the future.

Dam puff been awhile since I've visited! Congrats on your harvest bro! Id like to try that domina. What about the skunk. Hope you try growing that lavender. Got a buddy who has a buddy lol growing some. Dude says the main stem is one big bud top to bottom. No space in between buds just solid. Good luck on whatever you go with bro! I'll follow along. Happy Growing!

Thanks chronic! I didn't grab any clones yet, the lavender trainwreck is still on the top of the list, but they just told me that they will have some ken's grandaddy this weekend. For those not familiar with ken's gdp, this is one of my all time favorite strains. We used to drive hours to go get some sacks of this back in the day. Truly beautiful colors of neon green, orange, yellow and purple If I can get some clones of that, I might skip out on the lav-wreck.

I need to check on the power skunk tonight...it's very close to harvest. Just waiting for a few more hairs to change color then flush and 2 days of darkness his weekend. This one has one of those huge main colas, def put a pic up after I chop it down. As soon as I get a couple clones i'll kick start a new thread for the next grow. Stay tuned!

Theyre made of a more fabric like material but the idea of air pruning the roots is the same. I've heard rave reviews on both so decided to try them out this time around.

Hows your grow coming along?

Also weighed out the dried buds from the second white domina auto...30 grams plus a couple grams of fluff that is going toward trim edibles. This puts me at about 70 grams from my 2 plants. The light has already paid for itself and I still have another plant to crop :)

its going good still a few weeks to go next time i am definitely going for a larger pot as my 40L is root bound got a new fan to go in tonight :)
cant wait until Ive finished this grow as i am thinking i should be able to double what i am looking at this time with what I am learning you know lots of lil mistakes like the light being on random for a while during the veg.
and a few small issues with getting use to the room.
also got loads on my wish list like a bigger LED and the vegging cab i wanna make

Keen on the smart pot idea will have to look at getting a 50L one or something sent over

The 360s are insane bright, hard to look at even when they are pointed away from you. Im setting up a 4x8 space once i get my addition done. Hopefully soon im getting very antsy.

I know what you mean. I have a wish list going too that consists of more led lights, co2 setup, and a 3x3 or 4x4 tent...but everything but the lights has to wait for a while. I could pick up the lights now, but my current led space is too small for more lights and I just started 12/12 on what might be my final grow with the 600w hps before I retire it. actually, now that I think about it, I am kind of interested in doing a hps + led grow at some point so maybe I will grab another led panel soon.

Nice, I'm still debating if I should grab a 360 or a couple more 180s...what I like about the 180s is how light the units are...5 pounds compared to 15

And damn you power skunk, you better finish this week. Thought it might have finished up over the weekend but apparently not...very close though...

Still curing the white domina, it gets better everyday...

HPS with LED is a winning combo if you ask me :)
wouldn't mind a co2 setup either but with the added effort i don't think i can be bothered

The power skunk is finally ready! Thank god, ended up somewhere between week 10 and 11, but she's sitting in the dark for 2-3 days starting yesterday evening. Flushing with straight water up until chop down thurs or fri night. I'll get pics up of drying and come back for a smoke report and final combined weigh in of all three plants.

Still no clones yet for my next round but absolutely picking up two and some smart pots on my way home from work today. I'll be starting a new thread for that soon too.

Sorry to keep changing my mind on you guys...i finally got my two new clones but they weren't any of the strains I previously mentioned. I had my heart set on the ken's gdp but those clones hadn't arrived yet even I went to the dispensary yesterday so I ended up grabbing two teenagers called Snow Dream - the guy said they are snow white crossed with blue dream, they look great. I transplanted them into 3g smart pots and sprayed them down with some sns17 to mitigate any pests that might have come with them. gave them a good feeding, still going to rock the canna line of nutes since they did me well last time. Tonight I'm going to hit them with a coat of magic green foliar spray for improved vitality to help perk them up. I have the led going 18/6 and will be vegging for a week or two. Pics and a link to the new Snow Dream thread to come tonight, hope you all join me for that adventure as well!

so what did the final figure come 2
Yo abecsta, been on vacation for the last week. The power skunk finished drying up and yielded about 40 grams of smokable buds. So my three plant grow, two autos and one photoperiod harvested about 110g of smokable nugs, and a while boatload of trimmings which I didn't weigh but I've made 5 sticks of butter so far and still have a lot left to make.

I was very happy with my first led grow. I can say without a doubt that the led lights by advancedledlights.com are quality lights that produce excellent crops. I will be purchasing more lights from them down the road and I hope to start seeing more grows with their products. I'd put this light up there against any other led out there of equal or similar tech specs.
