Power went out in middle of 12-12

Morning afternoon and good night

so the power went out in the middle of my 12 hours should i just leave it off for 12 hours or turn it back on it had 4 hours of darkness in the middle before i went out and notice the power tipped info asap would be awesome thanks

it'll be fine, once or twice won't affect anything. turn it back on.

Leave your grow on the set schedule. For everything bigger than a grow box, coleman lanterns work great for power outages.

That sucks man! Hopefully you won't see any problems! From what I know (which isn't much) the plant gets triggered to flower because it receives that 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness which allows it to build up sufficient levels of the chemical that 'tells' the plant to produce flowers. Long story short, I'd rather mess up my light cycle than my dark cycle. Regardless, it's a 'stressful' situation for the plant. Keep a close eye for nanners and beaners.

It's like a dark cloudy rainy day...
Once in a while it is not even remotely an issue...

If it's your first or second grow... you'll freak out... cause you're a newbie...

Yeah thanks guys shes growing nice yes its my first grow i just started week 5 of flower stressing a little i turned it back on but now its had 4 hours on 4 hours off and now shes going to get 8 hours of light then 12 hours of darkness should i just give it only 4 hours of light then turn off ? and keep the same time or let it run the rest of the 8 hours that it was ment to get

So... did you buy a new timer?
Did you find out what cause it to go out?
Is it fixed?
Or... are you waiting for it to go out again?

No clue what caused it I have set it up so fans are on one power board light on the other and air for res on its on find out what trips then I will no what needs replacing wish me luck
