PPM And Mixing?

Hey guys I mixed up 30ml each! grow/micro/bloom advanced nutes in 10 lt of tap water and only getting a PPM reading of 119. Seems really low i think for 3ml pre LT of water. Full strength is 4ml per LT. It was mixed up really good and checked it many times!

What's the ppm of your water without nutes?

Also, check to see if it says 10×, next to the 119, meaning its 1190, which sounds about right
