PPM Ultra High ???

So seen peoples posts on here that say, 3000 ppm and higher. I have not heard any good answers as to how this is good. I have seen 3 different meters that stop and are over ratings at 2000 ppm so someone answer how the ultra high ppm can work and if it can't, as scientists say it is way to high and toxic, why do people like sticky say to do it. Saw one idiot say he started his young plants at 2000 ppm. Just no system that can sustain plants at the 3000 plus levels and would like it brought to everyones attention. Don't give a shit if it is in sticky's face. He won't explain how his magic system can handle it when nowhere else does anyone say that is good advice....
