Not gonna lie kinda intimidating, I didn't get too close lol!
You are kidding, right? When my daughter was very little I showed her a mantis and told her they were our friends. She's grown now and will still "pet" them or pick them off something where they are in danger and relocate them.

I found 2 of these guys in my plants this year also....wonder if there is something to this or just the fact it gives them nice cover to hide in.

To each his own... put a snake or spider in front of me I got no problem catchin it, put a mantas in front of me I visualize it jumping in my face and gouging out my eyes haha! over exagerating but you get my drift.

I mean out of all the plants in my yard it did pick the best one to hang out in, it's where I'd want to hang out all day..

haha oh damn! thats a big fucker, I don't blame you! I usually always let the spiders be in my garden I let them run around but this one time I saw this HUGE fucker, I just couldn't let it live knowing it's crawlin around in my house somewhere so I killed that one.

Yea I can deal with the smaller ones but when they start getting big and hairy that's where I draw the line and they have to die lol

"They will die EVERYTIME!" LOL

I have a mantis and chills on the top of my shade cloth and looks down on my grow. He watches me when I am out there. Well I was chilling back there the other day and saw him and said whats up. He looked at me and I went about my way. 20 mins later I am in my garage and the fucker was in there sitting on a bottle of Gain and I shit you not waved to me when I walked in the garage! LMFAO!!! I moved him back to the garden and he has been in there ever since. LOL

i think its great you have a protector, but i may be more worried if it hangs around. if it stays then there is plenty for it to eat, so what is on your plants that it is eating?

i mean its all good but i would rather not have the pests to begin with that a mantas needs to take up a home in my plants.

In my opinion it's virtually impossible to have an outdoor garden and not have bugs. You can spray all you want but I would rather have them hanging around as a part of my defense than to think that I got everything and be wrong.

Dude that mantas is a savage see what I mean, when all i visualize is one of them gouging out my eyes. and angryblack man I think you got a stalker maybe he was eyein you up for the hunt!

Yea as far as bugs go kinda hard outdoors to keep em away but I don't have any gnats or aphids or anything like that IDK what he wanted, although there are some fire bushes next to her that have been having these little white flies on the leaves in the mornings but gone by midday. Nothing Im concerned about.
