pre buds? male nuts? to early?

only one of my plants are growing this at the node. i am in my 4 week veg right now. i thought it was to early but want to make sure, its growing at a freakish rate!!

the two close-up pics are males.

at first i thought they were nuts but i think thave got hairs on them?

it needs to be a long white hair

everyone was right it was a hemefrodite.... transplanted it outside looks like it will survive.
