What would y'all suggest?

Interested in timber, just don't know the spread of lights.

Also I should add that I've got 4' total hight.

I'm not really interested in building a custom light due to complete lack of free time. I work 60hrs a week and I've got young kids.

Thanks in advance.

4’ of height will be tough. Not impossible, but tough. Your light will need to be low profile. I would suggest 4 hlg65 in 3000°k.
Thats a very good overview of the light. Cutter electronics also has some 2’ strips that seem pretty useful. COB leds are going to be tricky, youll need alot of them driven at low currents to avoid light stress. That could get spendy.

Also i should add, I'm flowering in solo cups, 1gal max. Straight sog.

Smaller containers do help when size restricted. I run 2.5x2.5x5 tents. The 5’ height can be an issue. I have to flower under 20” to avoid potential problems. If they get too tall, with some strains i need to dim the lights a bit but i try to avoid that. Stick to single diope boards or strips, they will spread the light the best. Would love to see it when youre done.
