Based on the tweets...I would say we have won this round! It appears as though Judge Phelan was growing impatient with the other side and that can only bode well for us. Otherwise, my prediction is that we will be retaining our gardens until HC can sort this mess out, in the meantime changing government and onward to legalization what ever that means....we can define that later. I am unclear as to whether this covers the left outs as to reinstating growing rights after March 21, 2014.

as it stands, Conroy has an appeal for that but it hasn't been looked at yet. they are trying to quash the Turmel appeal because Conroy has asked for it but he didn't ask for immediate relief. we did so lets see. i have to file a rebuttal to their info so lets see where it goes
