Besides, it makes no sense wanting to change your addy this late in the game. With the injunction appeal in Feb, it leaves very little time to set up and harvest before the injunction ruling in February. As for the carry limit, I think 5+ ounces is fair. If your smart there are ways around this. Just don't have more than 5 ounces in your possession at one time. Eg. If your traveling, just mail another 150g to your destination, and carry 150g. What's the big deal?

Fuckers. I can't move my garden from 2 hours away, and I can't even claim my expense to travel to it as I don't make enough in disability to owe taxes. I might just move it anyways after I crop out this next time. I'll take my chances and argue my case to a judge if needed.

Total lack of knowledge is all. Keep reading and try to see it from a point of view other than your own.

All that That sandy posted just means the judges did not except any new evidence for the appeal. The judges have not given a ruling In the appeal and no timeframe has been given to release their judgment. Nothing has changed since the court date. I know everyone is waiting anxiously for the decision but theres nothing we can do but go on with our lives and enjoy what we have now and hope for the best, no sense speculating. Kirk Tousaws twitter page will have any updates when they become available.

Some told me that the Harptler gov was offering the injunction judge some kind of cushy appointment. As a bride to fuck us over. He apparently hates us that bad.
Us against harptler eh?
Anyone know anything about this truth or rumour.

i would like to get the address change going ASAP because even if we lose in Feb, there will be another appeal process and things may change again...who knows.
mailing is a good idea but what if you 150 only last 3-4 days & you are gone more than a week? get a friend to send you another one? you can't send a few yourself to your destination...unless it's a friend but then they might not be able to store it so that's not a really smart solution.
