What is the best prepaid CC to use for someone in the states? Which one works for international purchases?

I use the walmart netspend and it has worked at sannies (when he took them) breeders boutique, herbies, tssc, attitude, castle and more i cannot think of atm but it has never had a denial.

That's what I am wondering, I haen't used a prepaid since they changed the rules on internaitonal purchases.
