Probation Officer - Question

So i was just assigned a new probation officer for a Possesion of Marijuana for Sales charge. I just turned eighteen, was seventeen. Tryed as a minor, in any case. I just got a call from my probation officer saying my levels were over one thousand. I don't even know how to respond to something like that. I smoke everyday so Is it time for me to take a break?
What do you guys think? He just said he will be talking to me later.

You'll be going to jail. Thats whats going to happen. They dont fucking play man, you need to quit or figure a fool proof way to pass any test.

You are in violation of your probation. You have been formally notified via a phone call from your probation officer. If you had jail time waived, watch your back. More than likely the probation officer will notify the judge that granted the probation and you will be declared in violation and a bench warrant for your arrest is likely.

If you were on probation for drug charges, why the hell are you smoking pot everyday? You are pretty much pissing on the court that granted your probation and you'll now face your original sentence.

uhhh were you stoned at your first probation meeting man!? you will go to jail and *maybe* be let out on bond then basically they will tri you again and you will be granted a much harsher sentance most likely in the form of jail tim and a hefty fine... I cant even feel sorry for you dude.. it's common sense! you CAN NOT SMOKE ON PROBATION unless you're a lucky mother fucker.. and if you were that you probably wouldn't have been busted in the first place.. major fail

well if you go to jail, an in my state of wisconsin it is a state law that they allow you 3 atr()alternative revocation, how would i no this my brother was on probataion for getting in a fight, he got in another fight, went to court an the judge said this is one of your 3 atr's an he said i wanna wave that an revoke myself so basicly he is sitting in jail till november an regretin it but the only reason he did it is so he can toke, he is my new hero, the court also court ordered a piss test anh he failed misarbly. sorry for gramar error i am pretty high if there are ne.

its alternative to revocation actually, I've heard about this too, I just had a buddy use it and he was somewhat trying to explain the technical parts but i didnt pay enough attention i guess cuz i cant remember how it works at all really.

Been here.... Got 5 years probation in 1983 wouldn't stop smoking and got sent to prison for 2 years..only 2 ways to pass a drug test stop smoking or use someone else's piss and thats hard to do.but your choice freedom or prison..good luck

i know stop blazing sucks, HARD but seriously its not crack sometimes you gotta just man up and sober up.
i had a bad head injury and havnt blazed for 6 weeks, i went from blazing 2-5 times a day to 0. after about 1 or 2 weeks its not so bad, gotta find things to distract you. but seriuosly, rather go to jail and get fucked than just stop smoking for a lil while? cmon.

Damn usually on the first violation it would be a warning or recommendation to a drug program.If he was to do any jailtime it would be 1-2 weeks tops just to be taught a lesson.Well thats in the state of new york.

he was arrested for intent also. and being 17 he couldn't be a medical carrier without parental permission, from what i understand anyway.
