Problem Germinating seeds

Problem Germinating seeds!!!i tried everything ... kept warm 70 -80 f...moist ...dark and tried different ways like put in zip lock bag with moist towel
planted and put in cup of water

some they crack open i could see the root but then the next day they close iv germinated seeds 3 or 4 times with no problem i dont kno what im doing wrong..help

Your over observing. Set them in there place and let them do what they have to do. Stop touching them.

I'd say invest in a little seed starting kit. The ones with the expandable pellets. Burpee or whichever they have near you.

Poor water over the pellets let them expand.

Place seeds 1/4 inch in.

Spray some water of the tops.

Put Humidity Dome over

Place in Dresser Draw.(Somewhere Dark and room temperature)

And wait 5 days.

thx... i think i found my problem ..it was getting way to hot it was over 90 f lol

i use a germ. heating pad and that gets them to "pop" every time
