Dammit I am leaving for vacation in 3 days. I thought I timed it right, but it is my first grow and it took a bit longer than expected. Anyway I have 1 white widow and I honestly don't know what the other three are. I am leaving for a 2 week vacation in 3 days and I have no one to watch over them, so I'll have to cut them. I am just wondering how much more I could have gotten out of these just by examining these pictures here and if I'm losing out on much? Thanks! Oh and they will be 8 weeks and 2 days in flowering, in 3 days when I'll have to chop them...

By the way, the pictures below are 2 of the same picture. One with my camera flash on and one with just a regular household lamp overhead. I just wanted you to see the colors, etc. Thanks!

I would honestly suggest for you to go and get a magnifier and check out your trichomes only way to be sure about your harvest! But i think its too early to cut! you should cut in like 10 days or so no less!!!

My input is that there's no point in sweating what could have been cause you gata leave for vacation irregardless; you might as well go ahead and chop at the latest point possible. Another problem I could see is curing the plant properly if you aren't there to burp the jars unless you just plan on letting that shit hang for 2 weeks. Sometimes you got to do what you got to do.

still looks like they need to pack on there weight....ww is an 8-9week flowering plant and the other 3 could be a 10-11 week flowering plant so booking a holiday on the 8 week 2day mark is a school boy error

Almost done might as well just hang the whole tree to dry(don't trim) by the time you come back it would have grown a bit more(slightly) and started to dry.

I've know exactly what you need. A Claber 8053 Oasis self watering system. It can handle 20 plants and it's on Amazon for $70. They have a few different ones, but this is the caddilac. They could overnight it, or 2 day prime shipping. This way you can enjoy your vacation, and come home to a nice treat:) Peace

Just chop at the last minute & hang em up. Start a new grow when you get back. You'll never be able to enjoy your vacation, you'll be worrying about the plants at home.

Hanging in a cool room with all the leaves still on will leave the plants moist longer than if trimmed of branches cut so crunchy prob not.And as far as self watering goes it's useless cause your plant might finish a week ahead or returning and start to degrade plus are u gonna leave light on for 2 weeks?

hahaha its 90+* in Colorado.... I dry in a 70-75*basement and in 5-6 days my shit is crunchy dry....

Drying weed slowly in Colorado presents its own challenges......best if you use a sealed tent to dry in with a fan for circulation

I have to trim it all into a plastic container lightly spray the weed with water and seal it for a few hours to get the moisture back into the buds

Yeah it's pretty hot here in Colorado right now, so outside probably won't be best, however I do have a shed? Or could I just chop the plant and hang in a dark closet with a fan blowing?
