Not gonna give a shit which way. I soaked em for 4 hours until they sunk and then I planted em yesterday.

I just need to be more patient and not dig at them right away haha

All noobs.. like the blind leading the blind...lol
First off them seed companies have them seed in them desiccant packs so they dont have moisture and germinate so needless to say they will b dry ass fuq!
So they need the glass method. 24 hrs or more should be the prep. Then u get paper towel and get it nice and moist and put it in a baggy on a heating mat and 24hrs later you should see the tap root but if its just small then dont take them out make sure there about half inch atleast then plant them sideways or down like another poster said never up! Dont know who or where u read that but its so fuqing wrong...
U can tank me later noob bongsmilie

You don't have to try that hard! If you wanna fuck it up, just flush your seeds down the toilet. Works better for sure.

What about germinating seeds that's are about 4-5 years old?? Would those require any kind of pre soaking or would you guys just plant those the same way as fresh seeds; straight into the soil, rock wool etc....
