first off, repot them... then figure out your pH, also how often are you watering? and they are under what light?

They're hungry, and in need of transplant/food, asap. Some strains feed more heavily than others, which is likely why the other strains look okay. My Ice plants go deficient early too, when in party cups. They're heavy feeders. They need transplanted anyway, so I'd go that route, if I were you. They'll take off like cray, in a few days, or so.

You could even give them a really weak veg fert, when doing so, but keep it like 1/8th strength. Also, make sure it contains trace nutes, not just the macros N-P and K.

those plants look plenty big for feeding, and are displaying a nitrogen def. (the yellowing.) i'd give them a good 50% dose. any plants with 3 alternating internodes are ready for food!!! i'd give them a good 400 ppm feed now. that might not even be strong enough. unless your medium is pre-ferted (which i don't like) feed!!!

had the same exact thing happen to me same exact scenario - this is the indica pheno of vanilla kush - you need to transplant when it does this - transplant to big pot and problem is solved - its crazy my dixie cup was even a red one lol - this is the most rare pheno of VK - I got 3 phenotypes out of 15 seeds and only one was like this.

I'm also currently growing Vanilla Kush (3 weeks old).
My plants all look like his, regarding Indica/Sativa leaves.
You're saying it doesn't like having no room for roots? What about flowering then (same pot for 2 months), how did it perform?
Does VK strech much during 12/12?

To the OP: Regarding the Kushes, I'm not 100% sure it's hunger, what soil are you using?
Regarding those Apollos, my first though was Magnesium, but I have no idea (because then I saw sings of zinc or even sulfur). Hopefully someone with more skills than me kan help you out.
